We bring people together to tackle live culture challenges with quick, measurable behavioural experiments. Teams and individuals learn how to test and apply new behaviours to everyday scenarios, to solve challenges that are actually being faced. Our inclusive, playful and engaging approach is proven to achieve real results in just a few weeks whilst simultaneously up-skilling your teams to drive ongoing change.

Why Does It Matter?
Cultures of experimentation are critical for organisations to foster new behaviours, respond to changing customer needs, drive empowerment and operate with more resilience and adaptability in the face of change.
Our structured approach to bringing values, mindsets and behaviours to life means that leaders and teams can be confident that change will happen, and new ways of working embedded into teams.
The Business Challenges Behavioural Experimentation Can Solve
Behavioural experimentation can be applied to a number of critical business challenges; from new teams coming together through an M&A or restructure; to new leaders looking to make a mark on an organisation; to closing productivity and efficiency gaps within organisations today; experimentation can have impact in a safe, fast-paced and meaningful way
When thinking about Behavioural Experimentation, there are three areas to think about:

Capability
Upskilling teams with behaviour change methodologies to put into practice, time and time again.

Opportunity
Making sure experiments fit into their every day, rather than being additive.

Motivation
Linking the behaviour change to live challenges that they are facing, so that it matters to them.
The Science Of What We Do
Our approach is rooted in proven behavioural science models, ensuring that every change is both impactful, sustainable and creates stories that inspire others to change too. We leverage the COM-B model to design truly impactful experiments, combining individual motivation, building capabilities and ensuring team members truly have the opportunity to do something differently.
What We Offer
We assess existing cultures, and identify key challenges within teams that can be tackled through behaviour change. We then upskill teams and individuals in our methodology, to apply behaviours through those challenges; making sure we are clear on what success looks like. We coach your people through their experiment sprints, and help gather impact stories to drive change more broadly through the organisation.

Behavioural Experimentation FAQs
Other questions you may have
How long do experiments take?
Ordinarily, we would run behavioural experimentation programmes that last between 6-8 weeks; but this can be determined according to the needs of the team, and integrated into wider culture transformation programmes.
Do we need behaviours in place already?
We would recommend you having a set of target behaviours, values or mindsets that have been co-created within the organisation or the team. But if not, we can apply our research-backed behaviours that we know drive positive, thriving cultures.
How much time will this take from my team?
We’d expect your people to attend a number of workshops to make sure they are suitably upskilled to apply the behaviours to their everyday life. The experiments themselves take place during the ordinary working day, generally in situ of meetings and moments that already exist – so that it’s not additive to already busy teams.
