We bring new energy to consulting – disruptive, playful, and inclusive, we harness the science behind change.

We help leading global businesses, governments, and non-profits use purpose, culture and behavioural science to supercharge performance, save costs and deliver on their strategy – to create a sustainable, healthy and equal world, and make work better for all people.
Our purpose is to make every organisation work for the world. It guides everything we do.
Who we are
We’re culture consultants – but not as you know them.
If you’re looking for traditional management consultants, you won’t find them here. We leave jargon at the door and help you navigate culture challenges in simple, human terms. We design playful, measurable, and inclusive experiences that are unlike any other consultancy you’ll meet.

We play, purposefully
We’re serious about play and use it to engage your people, getting them coming back for more! Have you ever played ‘Jelly, Ninja, Tiger’ in a boardroom…?

We measure everything
We have a ‘measure everything’ approach that proves the impact we create through mindset and behaviour change, quickly giving you KPIs to share (impressive ones!)

We use innovative ways to listen at scale
We turn employee thoughts into action by using AI-listening tools to create inclusive, unbiased listening and co-creation experiences at scale. Get ready for innovative insight capture like you’ve never seen before!
We’re a female-led and owned B Corporation. For us, DE&I isn’t an afterthought or added bolt-on. It’s at the heart of everything we do.
Who we are
We design solutions for your people, with your people
We only partner with organisations who are serious about turning words into action. That means going beyond snappy statements and instead listening to your employees first. We use behavioural science to help organisations do this, breaking down rigid frameworks and out-dated top-down approaches to create cultures that you and your people will love (because they had a hand in creating it, too!) Some ways we do this:

We put co-creation front and centre
We involve your team from the outset to generate outcomes that are a result of your people’s ideas and opinions (hot tip: they’re more likely to adopt change if it’s created in this way!)

We approach projects with flexibility
Every organisation is different, so we’ll bring our best practice to help you find the right approach that will drive the biggest impact. We’ll also be flexible, changing and adapting every solution so it becomes truly co-created.

We up-skill your team
We turn your teams into culture change experts, sharing our expertise openly to give them ownership of the change, the confidence to deliver it and the skills to make it last.

Impact-driven humans
We bring a human approach and care about business performance.
We only partner with organisations serious about turning words into action. This means being willing to go beyond purpose statements and values ‘on the wall’ to develop actionable plans that equip your teams to drive change. We learn with you, iterating every solution as we go and measure progress constantly to drive the biggest impact.
We involve our senior leadership in every project. So, you get a diverse set of perspectives and experiences that Kin&Co is known for.

What is the typical timeframe for a project with Kin&Co?
This always varies based on the scope of work and the specific requirements of your brief. Some of our behavioural interventions generate measurable results in just a few weeks, whilst our deeper, more complex programmes may be delivered over several months. For some organisations, we are proud to work with them as a culture partner for several years! There are lots of options. When you begin your conversation with us, we will explore and provide an indicative timeline of support so that you know exactly what to expect.
How do I know if my organisation needs Kin&Co’s services?
Every transformation in business requires some level of culture and behavioural change. A new strategic direction, organisational restructure, an M&A, growth into new markets, digital transformation and/or changes in Executive leadership are all common moments when organisations seek our advice and support to navigate change effectively.
Furthermore, drops in staff engagement and eNPS, increases in staff turnover, lower levels of discretionary effort and high levels of absenteeism are just some of the internal indicators that may signal you have cultural challenges that need addressing.
And an investment in culture can also come from a place of strength! For many of our clients, they simply understand the value of continually investing in culture to drive business performance and are looking to stay one step ahead, build organisational resilience and drive competitive advantage.
Whatever your need, we’re always happy to explore how we can help.
