We are a proud B-Corporation and have lived this commitment to sustainability since our founding. Our office space is located within an exclusively sustainable shared office space, neighbouring some of the greatest and latest sustainable ventures. We make day-to-day choices as a business to protect the planet we are fortunate enough to call home.
Health & Wellbeing
Taking care of our team ensures that they can care for our clients. We all work flexibly, so we can put the care of ourselves and our families first — with birthdays off as an added bonus! Beyond company benefits, we prioritise human connection by getting our teams together quarterly, designing weekly engagements that prioritise ‘play’ and ensuring productivity occurs within the boundaries of our wellbeing, looking out for one another along the way.

Our Management Buyout (MBO) created a new female co-ownership team and increased shareholders to create a more equitable group. Our team engagement rate is 82% , and 91% agree that the Leadership Team treats employees with fairness and respect. Find out more about who we are here.
Environment & Carbon Footprint
This is the first year we have partnered with Trace, another female owned BCorp. In our first year of measurement, we calculated a carbon footprint of 232.7 tonnes of CO2 and offset 100% of our emissions via Trace.
