Kin&Co agree management buyout
Rosie Warin passes ownership to Becky Hewitt, Zöe Kretzschmar and Emma Woodhead White
Kin&Co was launched on February 1st 2016 by a visionary leader in organisational purpose and culture change, Rosie Warin, with a purpose to make every organisation work for the world.
In January 2023 Rosie had an accident which left her unable to work. While thankfully not permanent, the consequences have been serious and debilitating. Rosie is undergoing intensive rehab and is slowly but surely on her way to full recovery.
Following conversations over the summer, Kin&Co’s leadership team and Rosie have decided the best way forward for the next stage of Kin&Co’s journey is to pass the ownership to the current leadership team.
Rosie, Becky, Zöe and Emma are therefore happy to announce that a management buyout of Kin&Co has been agreed and completed. Rosie will continue to be a friend to Kin&Co moving forward.
Rosie said “Looking back on the action-packed fun-filled seven years in which I founded and led Kin&Co as CEO, I couldn’t be more proud. From offices launched in London and Toronto, we helped 100+ clients from all over the world create positive change. Working with the likes of Coca-Cola, Danone, Timberland, Salesforce, Barclays, Natwest, Comic Relief, WWF, Crisis, BT and O2, our work won many awards and attracted investment from individuals I deeply respect. A huge thank you to everyone who has been involved in this incredible adventure. I know Kin&Co is in safe, talented hands and has a bright future ahead. As for me, recovering from these injuries has been truly, truly horrendous. I’m not better yet. But I’ll get there. And when I do… watch this space.”
Becky said “We are all so proud and excited to be taking forward the very special business that Rosie founded, for the next phase of its journey. The world needs purpose-driven organisations and the values that Kin&Co stands for, more than ever. We have an incredible team, who are passionate about helping organisations accelerate their impact and performance through culture and behaviour change, always bringing the courageous, playful and inclusive spirit that our clients and community love.”
