We couldn’t be more excited today to welcome Sally Bailey – former CEO of White Stuff – as the new Chair of Kin&Co!
For over 25 years Sally has been a trailblazer of values-driven business, putting people and customers at the heart of high street brands like Miss Selfridge and TopShop. Sally’s time as Chief Executive of White Stuff saw her turn the £13m turnover outdoor brand into a £113m lifestyle retailer with a thriving values-driven culture – something very close to our hearts.
“What Sally has is rare,” says our CEO Rosie, “She’s driven deep, people-centric culture change at the heart of what people usually accept as a very cutthroat sector in retail, and she’s done it while turning big profits. It’s a formula our clients are keen to master, and Sally’s experience and skills will be hugely valuable in helping them achieve this goal.”
Sally is also an advisor to good brands like Braintree Clothing, The Able Label, Lisa Taylor, is Vice Chair of the charity the Eve Appeal and a mentor on the Fellowship programme of the Marketing Academy.
Speaking about joining the team, Sally said: “I’ve known Rosie and her team for about a year now, and over that time I’ve been very excited by the ideas coming out of the company. The team really gets what it means for business to do well AND do good whether that’s a multinational for-profit or an SME just starting out. I’m incredibly excited to formally join the team.”
