We don’t just talk about purpose—we prove it. We are a proud B-Corporation and have lived this commitment to sustainability since our founding, and are proud to have been a B-Corp since 2017. We most recently recertified in 2024/25, and also completed a management buyout to become a female co-owned leadership team.
We are continuously working to raise the bar, and are deeply committed to strengthening our performance against the new B-Corp standards.

Net Zero Commitment
We have taken the first step on our journey to becoming a net zero business by 2040. We recognise that this will be a journey, but we are committed to the end goal.
Like most service-based businesses, the majority of our footprint lies in Scope 3 (99.6%).

Carbon Footprint Tracking (Trace)
To enable us to reach our Net Zero target we have partnered with Trace—a fellow female-led B-Corp—to measure, offset, and transparently log our emissions footprint. We also regularly offset our carbon footprint, and as part of our partnership with Trace, we contribute to environmental projects including peatland conservation, land management and biodiversity conservation.

We take information security and operational integrity seriously, holding ourselves and our partners to high standards. Backed by robust external certifications—including ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials—we enforce rigorous digital defenses and a Supplier Code of Conduct to ensure absolute data security, compliance, and ethical practices across our entire supply chain.

Supplier Code of Conduct
Our Supplier Code of Conduct covers human rights, the environment, social value and of course culture and values, and all suppliers are expected to adhere to our code of conduct. In addition, we actively monitor the diversity and sustainability of our supply chain; currently, 64% of our suppliers are led by a woman. We are committed to increasing procurement from minority and female-owned businesses, B-Corps, and small suppliers.
