Koreo Connects with Impact

The run up to Christmas has been an eventful one for us at Kin&Co, we’ve been squirreling away at some really interesting projects to start 2017 as we mean to go on – with a bang! One of these projects has been helping our friends at Koreo to launch their new brand with an insightful thought leadership piece.
Emerging from a fresh rebrand and with some exciting new ventures in the pipeline, Koreo – formerly Vanilla Ventures, a talent development consultancy focused on social impact – created a thought leadership report delving into the thorny world of talent management. We interviewed 550 HR managers across sectors around the issues of silo working, cross sector collaboration and developing talent for social change specifically around the Global Goals.
Driven by a desire to identify and understand the gaps and potential disconnections in talent management and provide a framework for change, the report aims to allow Koreo – and other organisations – to create and drive tangible social change through successfully training and managing talent.
Targeting HR leaders, charities and responsible business through traditional media, the launch of the rebrand has been a great success so far, particularly in revealing helpful insights for all sectors, most notably around how a lack of collaboration is hindering UK uptake of Sustainable Development Goals and how current training programmes are perpetuating silo working.
Koreo will be hosting an event on 2nd February to discuss the findings in detail which will be a great way to start the year (watch this space for more details). We can’t wait to see how Koreo – and the wider business community – will use these insights to shape and nurture the changemaking talent of the future!
