With ambitious growth plans in a sector facing rapid change, STEM-specialist recruiters SThree needed to engage and
retain their existing teams, whilst also promoting themselves as an employer of choice to potential new talent. To achieve this, they wanted to create a People Promise that united their global workforce and attracted the brightest new talent to join.

Through a series of global co-creation workshops with teams and leaders, we helped SThree to develop their five People Promise themes, each underpinned by key messages and a 6-month engagement strategy to bring these to life. We partnered with their Marketing, Communications, and Talent Acquisition teams to use the People Promise to supercharge their recruitment materials and radically drive up job applications via LinkedIn.
